"This was a fantastic experience for M1GP, our local racers, and hopefully for our guests who experienced just a taste of what we have to offer. Each of the Bermudian riders were very impressive during the practices and races and the potential for each is so great.”

Young Lee, Director of M1GP

Young Lee, director of M1GP, spent 3 days working with the group of 9 young Bermudian racers to fine tune their skills and expand their understanding of riding technique and goals. Each rider benefitted from personalized lessons to shape them into more aware and focused racers as they headed back home to enter the 2018 Circuit Racing Championship.

norre robinson, 1st place

Norre Robinson came out on top and secured first place finishes across all three heats of his race classes at the weekend. Though Robinson has been training with the BMRC for several years, the M1GP trip was his first official set of races to his name - so this was an extra special achievement for him!
